📜 Rocket Launch GenAI – License Agreement

1. Introduction
This agreement governs the use of Rocket Launch GenAI, a modular and production-ready codebase for developers building GenAI applications with full control over backend, frontend, and AI pipelines.
By purchasing and using this product, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. ✅ What You Can Do
With a valid license, you may:
Use the codebase for personal, internal, or commercial projects (based on your license tier)
Modify, extend, and customize the code as you wish
Deploy the code on your own infrastructure (Vercel, Docker, VPS, etc.)
Rebrand the UI and adapt the functionality to your product or client needs
Deliver apps to clients using the Pro license
3. ❌ What You Cannot Do
You may not:
Resell or redistribute the codebase (modified or not) as a template, course, or boilerplate
Publish the code in a public GitHub repo or make it openly accessible
Transfer or sublicense the product to third parties
Use it to build a directly competing GenAI starter kit or clone
4. License Tiers
Indie $49 USD
Unlimited commercial use, ZIP file via email.
Pro $99 USD
Unlimited commercial use, Private GitHub access, ✅ Lifetime updates
Pro includes all future improvements, new features, and premium documentation.
5. Delivery
Indie License:
You will receive a.zipfile with the full source code and installation guide via email within 2 hours of payment.Pro License:
You will receive an invite to a private GitHub repository within 24 hours of payment. The repo includes the full project, onboarding guide, version history, and future updates.
6. Jurisdiction
This license agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
Any disputes will be handled in the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago, Chile.
